 1. The products are passed on the company’s conveying line from packaging machine.
 2. The products enter next conveying line and passes through separating and pushing mechanisms to next process
 during conveyance.
 3. The products are pushed by pushing mechanism into stepping separating and transmission mechanism and orderly
 conveyed through conveying machine.

 

4. When the products are passed to feeding mechanism, two feeding mechanisms push products from the left and right sides simultaneously into the bunker (7 products fed in on each side). A layer of products is allowed in the bunker.
5. The bunker lowers as a whole (under the control of electrical cylinder) and brings products into cartons (which are conveyed by powered conveying line to the place and positioned by positioning mechanism). The bunker moves up and the stop part does not move. After the bunker moves to the required position, the bunker and the stop part move together to the product receiving position. The first layer of products is placed into cartons. The second layer is conducted in the same way.
6. After finishing the second layer, the positioning mechanism moves to allow the transfer of the filled cartons, and then positions the new empty cartons. This realizes the binning of products.
7. The filled cartons move on the powered conveying line and turn in the required direction to enter the weighing machine in an orderly manner (including NG discharging) and sealing machine.

 Full-automatic Binning Machine
 
1. Structure: Guiding and feeding mechanism, separating, stopping and conveying mechanism, pushing mechanism,
 bunker discharging mechanism and carton positioning mechanism, etc.
 2. Operating Steps: Materials are passed on the conveying line to guiding and feeding mechanism, smash the materials
 and then are separated and pushed into separating and conveying mechanism. Materials are transmitted step by step

 

(by stepping motor) to realize the orderly arrangement as required. After materials arrive at the end of pushing mechanism, a signal is sent to PLC. Pushing mechanisms on both sides feed materials simultaneously (7 pieces for 70g material once). After receiving a layer of materials, the bunker lowers as a whole (under the control of electrical cylinder) and drops materials into cartons (which are conveyed by powered conveying line, then positioned by positioning mechanism). The bunker moves up and the stop part does not move. After the bunker moves to the required position, the bunker and the stop part move together to the material receiving position. The first layer of materials is placed into cartons. The second layer is conducted in the same way. After finishing the second layer, the positioning mechanism moves to allow the transfer of the filled cartons, and then positions the new empty cartons. This realizes the binning of products.
